I have some fun spring inspiration up over on the Papermilldirect blog showing you how I made this fun card to welcome in the Spring. Head on over to see how I made it. Super simple, and a great one for using up those scraps – you know that is my favourite crafty past time!
This week at Paper Play Challenges we want to see spring colours! We are being kindly sponsored by by Whiff of Joy….
I don’t have any Whiff of Joy stamps so I made an image-less project instead. I altered a small notebook using green papers that just reminded me of spring so much!
Make sure to check out the rest of the design teams work, there are some gorgeous spring creations from them all!!
This week at Sentimental Sundays we want to see your projects with a Spring or Easter theme – and make sure you include a sentiment! Our challenge sponsor is the marvelous Ann Vento of Raindrop Echo Designs. This prize will be four INDIVIDUAL sentiment sets from the Raindrop Echo Designs Whimsy Stamps Digital Collection. If you like the weekly freebies offered on the Sentimental Sundays blog, please visit the store to see even more! They also offer custom digital designs at an affordable price with tutorials on how to use them.
For my project this week I have altered a notebook with a spring theme. I used a fantastic sentiment from the Inspiration set available here. I covered the notebook with some tree covered paper and added some flourishes and my sentiment. I then glued on a button to act as a closure for the notebook..
Thanks so much for stopping by and make sure to head over to Sentimental Sundays to check out the amazing DT’s work!
I do like spring, everything starting to grow, the days are longer, the sun brighter. If only it could be warmer too!
I don’t tend to much like spring as a season. Its generally too wet and windy for my liking. I am however liking all the snow, I could get used to a spring like this every year 🙂
