3D Christmas Tag

I recently took part in a Christmas tag swap and really enjoyed getting to create something fun and different. I wanted to create a tag and wanted dimension on it.  So I got a mini Styrofoam tree and cut it in half and cut one half down slightly to give me 2 trees. I painted these up to look like Christmas trees and glittered them up too. I made a little gift to go with them also. I die cut a fence for around these. I used a friends Silhouette to cut out a deer head (thank you Timi!) and stamped and gold embossed this. I then added this all onto a tag base created from kraft and patterned papers.

The tag will stand and also has a hanging loop in case my swap partner would like to hang it up anywhere in her house too.

I made a quick little tag style treat bag to go with the tag using matching papers and filled this with some hot chocolate sachets….

Hopefully my swap partner enjoyed the gifts and had as much fun on this challenge as I did!
