Happy National Scrapbook Day!!!!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day, Skipping Stones Design style!!   Skipping Stones Design have put together a Blog Hop our past and current FABULOUS designers. And lucky old me was asked to join in the hop – thanks SSD!!
If you just happened to stubble upon my blog today, your smack dab in the middle of this hop, start at the Skipping Stones Design Blog for the entire hop list. If you just arrived from Kandi ‘s  blog, then you are right place!!  Hop along and see all the fabulous Scrapbook pages  made with Skipping Stones Design stamps!!!    I promise you will like what you see!!!!
Leave a comment on each blog (some are giving away prizes) and when you have finished, go back to the beginning at Skipping Stones Design and leave a comment, telling us what you thought of the hop.  One lucky commenter will be chosen Wednesday, May 11th to win the Skipping Stones Design May release stamp set!!!
Would you believe this is the first layout I have ever done? What a way for me to celebrate National Scrapbook Day than my first ever layout! I had superb fun making this, picking out photos to use and playing around with the layout of all the elements. I used the Skipping Stones Designs Grunge set for the border on the top and bottom of the page. I also used this set on the flourish on the top right of my page. The grunge splodges all over the page are from this fab set too – love it! The bird stamps are from the Dandelion Dreams set. The layout is for a friend that is leaving Ireland and leaving her best friend behind too so I wanted her to have something nice to remember him by.
Thanks so much for stopping by. To keep hopping along, run off to Lindsey ‘s blog!!
Happy Hopping!!
